Jamaican born, wordsmith Tray Avlon, has flourished on the London underground rap circuit establishing himself as true performer and lyricist. His business minded approach to building an empire has struck comparisons to some of the Rap moguls we are all familiar with. “My movement is ‘ALL WNTR’ (Pronounced All Winter), the name came from a dark place. Now it’s turned into a brand name and something for those who represent difference to champion and run with.”
As early as 11 years old, he began recording and making music in a friend’s Dagenham bedroom. He attended Barking Abbey School where he would go on to meet fellow music artists to form a small music crew. At the tender age of 15 his journey started by joining UK Grime/Rap collective, the most notable release from the group was their debut single on Channel AKA peaking at number 2 on the charts, after 3 mixtapes and 1 single the group disbanded in 2012.
Tray is best known for his intimate connection with his audience and going the extra mile at his live shows. Described by many as paradoxical, many fans are left intrigued with his stoic soft-spoken domineer off stage varying so much to his on stage high energy performances making him quite a polarizing figure for any listener.
